Study at your own pace
Work through 22 modules of video lessons, readings and jobsite scenarios. Short check-in questions appear along the way. Your time and place save automatically.
Pass the section quizzes
Each section ends with a short quiz. Pass it to unlock the next section, so every topic is covered before you move on.
Take the final exam
The final exam unlocks once you’ve completed all 30 hours. Score 80% or higher to pass.
Consultant review and signature
Our safety consultant reviews your training record and signs your card, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Download, and watch the mail
Download your wallet card and certificate right away. A wallet card is mailed to you.
How your 30 hours are counted
Your clock runs while the course is open and you’re actively working: watching, reading or answering questions. It pauses if you switch tabs, minimize the window or step away, and a “Still there?” prompt appears after a few minutes without activity. Only active time counts toward your 30 hours.

Check-in questions
Short questions appear while you study. Answer within the time shown to keep your session active.

Videos must be watched in full. You can rewind and replay anything, but not fast-forward past new material.
One window at a time
Training time only counts in one browser window on one device at a time.
Your own words
Written answers must be typed by you. Pasting is blocked.
No bots or AI agents
Automated tools and AI agents may not be used to take the course. Sessions that show automation earn no time and are reviewed.
