Information we collect
Account details: your name, email address, phone number and mailing address (for your wallet card).
Training records: lessons completed, active training time, quiz and exam results, check-in answers, and the dates, times, IP addresses and browser details of your study sessions. We are required to keep accurate training records.
Identity verification: answers to identity questions (stored only in a one-way scrambled form) and, where enabled, photos captured during identity checks, used only to confirm that the enrolled student is the person completing the course.
Payment information: payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
How we use it
To deliver the course, track your progress, verify your identity, issue and verify your completion card, provide support, send course reminders, and meet our record-keeping obligations. If your employer purchased your seat, we share your progress and completion status with them.
Card verification
Anyone who has your card number and last name, or scans your card’s QR code, can see your name, the course, the hours, the completion and issue dates, and whether the card is valid.
How long we keep it
Training records are kept for at least five years after course completion. Identity-check photos are deleted [retention period to be set by counsel] after your card is issued.

You can update your account details at any time. Contact us at support@osharesourceacademy.com to request a copy of your information or ask questions about this policy.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and regular backups to protect your information.
