Full refund
You can request a full refund within [7] days of purchase if you have completed less than [2] hours of training.
No refund
- After [7] days from purchase, or once [2] or more hours of training are completed
- After you have taken the final exam
- After a completion card has been issued
- If your access was ended for breaking our terms of use, including having someone or something else complete the course
Group purchases
Unassigned seats can be refunded within [30] days of purchase. Assigned seats follow the individual policy above.
How to request a refund
Email support@osharesourceacademy.com with your name and order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [5 to 10] business days.
