Your account
Your account is for you alone. You must give your full legal name and keep your login details private. You may not share your account or let anyone else use it.
Completing the course yourself
You must personally complete all training, quizzes and exams. You may not have another person, an automated tool, a script, a bot or an AI agent complete any part of the course for you. You agree to the identity checks, activity tracking and check-in questions described on our How It Works page.
If we find that these rules were broken, we may end your access without a refund, withhold or revoke your card, and record the reason.
Access period
You have 180 days from your first access to complete the course. Extensions are at our discretion.
Completion cards
Cards are issued only after all requirements are met and our consultant has reviewed your record. Cards confirm course completion; they do not certify or license you. Cards may be revoked if they were obtained in breach of these terms. Altering or copying a card makes it void.
Course content
Course materials are for your personal training only and may not be copied, recorded, shared or resold.
No guarantee of acceptance
Training requirements vary by employer, contract and jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that this course meets the requirement you need it for.
